<p>The Campaign Feedback tool is a secure web-based form that is sent to our client representatives immediately after each of their performance campaigns has run to determine satisfaction levels. With the client service experience fresh in their minds and an anonymous feedback mechanism, the tool is well positioned to record honest, timely feedback on our campaign delivery and allow us to benchmark our performance.</p>

<p>The form should take no more than a minute to complete and provides us with valuable, constant feedback on how we are meeting the needs of you, our clients. Your comments will enable us to focus on the areas of campaign delivery that matter most to you - ensuring we minimise unsatisfactory delivery and continually strive to improve our customer service experience”.</p>
